1- Choose the unlock ways

Smart door locks support 2~5 unlock ways, the unlock combinations are as below, you can choose the unlock ways according to your need.

* APP + Fingerprint + Code + Card +Mechanical Key

* Fingerprint + Code + Card + Mechanical Key

* APP + Code + Card + Mechanical Key

* Code + Card + Mechanical Key

* Card + Mechanical Key

2- Choose the color

Most door locks are with multiple colors for customers’ choice, just choose the color you like or which is matched to your doors.

3- Choose the lock mortise

We have different lock mortises, please choose the one fit for your door.

4- Measurement

Please send us below measurement of your door.  We need double confirm the lock mortise. 

A: Lock side bar length

B: Lock side bar width

C: Door thickness

5- Confirm the handle and door opening direction

Check the 4 types of doors in below picture, and tell us which is the direction of your door? A, B, C, D?

6- Check are there heaven and earth hook of your door

1)      Touch the top edge of the door to check if there are lock holes

2)      When the door is in pop up status, check whether there are lock tongues pops out on the top edge of the door

If there are lock holes and with lock tongues pops out on the top edge of the door, it is with heaven and earth hook. Then, we will send you the lock mortise with hook.
